Functional pants for triathlon of the present invention has a cushion pad (20) attached from the center of a perineal side (14) to a hip side (16) with respect to the inner surface of a pants body (10) in accordance with a body structure of a user. Since a cover pad (30) made of a bristle fabric is joined from the center of the perineal side (14) to a genital side (18), it is possible to minimize pain due to a saddle by means of the cushion pad (20) attached to the hip side (16) during the cycling. The water absorption rate is lowered by the cover pad (30) serving as a covering membrane bonded to the genital side (18) during swimming and marathon competitions while improving texture and wearability.
