The present invention relates to a discussion education tool and a discussion education method. The discussion education tool comprises: an upper surface which is formed in a hexagon shape; first and second side units which are connected to a base line of the upper surface to be folded, and repeatedly form figures of quadrangular and hexagonal shapes; a lower surface which is connected to base lines of the first and second side units; a card fixing unit which is formed in center units of each surface; and a keyword card which is fixed in the card fixing unit. The figure of the hexagonal shape of each surface forms lengths of the base line and a first vertical line to be twice as long as the length of an upper horizontal line, and forms the same lengths of the upper horizontal line and a second vertical line. The card fixing unit includes a card fixing protrusion which enables a user to fix the keyword card in the discussion education tool, and a card separating groove which separates the keyword card. The keyword card further includes an inputting unit to input a keyword for various fields on the upper surface.
