The present invention provides a vibration reduction fastening apparatus including: a bolt passing through a predetermined fastening target object; a nut fastened to an opposite end of the bolt passing through the fastening target object to tighten an opposite end of the fastening target object; a coil wound around or accommodated in a head part of the bo a control unit for controlling power supply to the coil; and one or more washers fitted onto the bolt between the head of the bolt and the fastening target object, wherein at least one of the washers is a magneto-rheological elastomer (MRE) washer formed of an MRE, so that a magnetic field is applied to the MRE washer for vibration reduction to increase dynamic stiffness when a fastening portion of the bolt and the nut with respect to the fastening target object is excited in a low-frequency region, and the magnetic field is not applied to the MRE washer to maintain low dynamic stiffness of the MRE when the fastening portion of the bolt and the nut is excited in a high-frequency region.
