The present invention relates to a method for supervising attendance in a real-time attendance management system and an attendance management system adapting the same. The attendance management system includes: a step of allowing an administrator terminal to receive participant personal information from an external device; a step of allowing the administrator terminal to transmit the participant personal information to an NFC transceiver module and to convert a new NFC tag into a participant NFC tag; a step of receiving the attendance information of the participant NFC tag when the participant NFC tag is recognized in an NFC sending and receiving module; and a step of transmitting the attendance information from the NFC transceiver module to the administrator terminal.
