The present invention relates to a multiblock copolypeptide having stimulus responsiveness and surface adhesion. Using the multiblock copolypeptide consisting of elastin-base peptide and mussel byssus protein of the present invention, a self-assembled core-shell structure and a hydrogel which can be reversibly changed according to a temperature stimulus can be formed. The multiblock copolypeptide has remarkably excellent surface adhesion, and thus can be usefully used in biomedical applications.
