The present invention relates to a hybrid fluidized-bed Fenton treatment apparatus for treating non-biodegradable wastewater. More specifically, the hybrid fluidized-bed Fenton treatment apparatus includes: a reaction tank having a reaction space therein; a wastewater supply unit for supplying wastewater; a Fenton oxide substance supply unit for supplying the Fenton oxide substances; a main supply unit which supplies the wastewater and the Fenton oxide substances supplied from the Fenton oxide substance supply unit to the reaction tank; a crystal body which can attach a large amount of sludge generated in the reaction process while flowing the wastewater supplied from the main supply unit to be arranged in the reaction space of the reaction tank; a treated water discharging unit for discharging the water treated in the reaction tank; and a sediment discharge unit for discharging the sludge settled after being generated in the reaction process of the reaction tank. The contaminants in the wastewater can be treated by the crystal body with the Fenton oxide substances to enhance the processing efficiency, reduce the amount of sludge settled in the treatment process, and reduce the sludge treatment cost.
