The present invention relates to a medical ligation apparatus using a concentric tubular continuum structure, and more specifically, to a medical ligation apparatus which can perform ligation by firmly tightening perfusion of the body such as blood vessels, gallbladder tubes, and fallopian tubes using sutures during laparoscopic or natural open surgeries using a concentric tubular continuum structure. According to the present invention, large-diameter perfusion in the body can be ligated with a suture without removing the same from the body.
