The present invention relates to a back-to-back converter control method of a wind power generation system. According to the present invention, a control variable of a DC link end is provided in order to stabilize a wind power generation system. A DC link is provided between a machine side converter control part (MSC) and a system side converter control part (GSC) by using a permanent magnet synchronization generator (PSMG). A feedforward term (Id_ff) using input power of the DC link end is added to control a voltage of the DC link having a PI controller. In a method for adding the Id_ff to the PI controller, Id_ff is configured to calculate the input power by using a current reference of the MSC and a rotation speed of the PSMG not to calculate the input power by measuring a current.
