The present invention relates to a social sentiment reasoning apparatus based on sentiment synchronization and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the social sentiment reasoning method using the social sentiment reasoning apparatus includes the steps of: receiving life logging data including at least one of the biometric signal measurement data, behavior measurement data, environmental measurement data, and web content usage data regarding a user; generating two-dimensional sentiment information in accordance with the pleasant-unpleasant axis and stimulated-relaxation axis for each time slot in preset time intervals by using the life logging data and for each category including one or more of biometric information (H), behavior information (B), environment information (S), and content information (C); determining whether there is sentiment synchronization between the user and another user through the two-dimensional sentiment information generated in advance to generate a social sentiment synchronization pattern; and comparing the social sentiment of the user by comparing the social sentiment synchronization pattern generated in advance with a social sentiment database. The present invention enables accurate reasoning of social sentiment of individuals through reasoning the social sentiment by analyzing the life logging data in accordance with the interaction with other people and surrounding environments.
