The present invention relates to a method for producing a titanium oxide composite structure for secondary batteries, enabling atomization of particles by applying a mixing method which involves a use of balls in the production of the titanium oxide composite structure for secondary batteries. The present invention further relates to a titanium oxide composite structure produced thereby, and a secondary battery including the same.
