The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a mixed beverage of sprout barley having an increased liver function and antioxidant activity, which comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing a mixed extract of sprout barley by mixing the sprout barley, fruit, leaf, and stem bark of Hovenia dulcis, a Taraxacum platycarpum leaf and water, and extracting and filtering the mixture; and (2) mixing an Arrowroot Juice concentrate, a Pueraria lobata concentrate, a pear and citrus junos concentrate, a nonembryonic soybean fermented and extracted solution, a Lonicera caerulea fruit concentrate, a Silybum marianum extracted powder, a Rubus coreanus mixed extraction solution and honey with the mixed extract of sprout barley, and to a mixed beverage of sprout barley having an increased liver function and antioxidant activity manufactured by the method.
