According to the present invention, a knitting machine for pile outer socks comprises: a knitting part (100) knitting outer socks by inducing yarn; and an operating part (200) inserted into the lower part of the knitting part (100) to provide rotational force. The knitting part (100) includes: a yarn passage (110) taking yarn; a plurality of sinkers (120) arranged; a sinker ring (130) into which the sinkers (120) are inserted to be moved forwards and backwards; a sinker control cover (140) including a ring-shaped cam formed inside to guide the forward and backward movement of the sinkers (120); a cylinder (150) formed into a circular pipe opened upwards and downwards; a needle (160) interposed between the sinkers (120) and a plurality of slits (153) arranged in the circumferential direction and placed between the sinkers (120), to protrude upwards; and a needle jack (170) inserted into the slits (153) to touch the lower part of the needle (160).
