The present invention relates to a vegetation covering method with respect to a slope including sulfides, and a treatment agent composition used in the method. The vegetation covering method according to the present invention comprises the following steps: applying a treatment agent composition to a slope comprising sulfides which are probable to generate acid drainage; and paving artificial soil which is a vegetation base material to the slope in which the treatment agent composition is applied and forming a full-up layer. The treatment agent comprises a baking soda solution and phosphate.
