The present invention relates to a neck band type portable blower. The neck band type portable blower according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body portion worn on a neck of a user; a blowing portion connected to rotate with the body portion and spraying air; and a control portion controlling a driving condition including at least one of a driving intensity, a driving direction, and a driving time of the blowing portion. Thus, the neck band type portable blower is able to spray air at various angles when being worn on the neck of the user.
