The present invention relates to a graphene quantum dot nanocomplex having gold, a manufacturing method thereof, and a metal ion detector using the same, and more specifically, to a graphene quantum dot nanocomplex having gold with enhanced photoluminescence characteristics compared to a graphene quantum dot, a manufacturing method thereof and a metal ion detector using the same. To this end, the graphene quantum dot nanocomplex having gold is a spherical composite formed by bonding graphene quantum dots (GQDs) and gold (Au), and has a diameter of 150 to 230 nm.
