Disclosed is an inclined plate settling device. The inclined plate settling device, according to an embodiment of the present invention, is an up-flow inclined plate settling device including a plurality of inclined plates. To this end, a baffle for refracting the flow in a flow passage passing through the inclined plate is provided at an upper portion of the inclined plate. The baffle is comprises: a first inclined surface provided in a form of a plate having a plurality of water holes, or inclined in an opposite direction to the inclined plate; and a second inclined surface continuously formed on the first inclined surface and inclined in a direction parallel to the inclined plate.
