The GPS termination apparatus for a mobile communication base station includes an anti-jamming module, a delay time measuring unit, and a communication modem. The anti-jamming module detects and removes the GPS jamming signal among the GPS reception signals received through the GPS antenna, and outputs the GPS signal from which the GPS jamming signal is removed. The delay time measuring unit measures the delay time which occurs when the GPS jamming signal is removed from the anti-jamming module. The communication modem transmits the measured delay time for compensating for the delay of the GPS signal from which the GPS jamming signal is removed to the synchronization device of the mobile communication base station for generating a synchronization signal for transmitting or receiving data using the compensated GPS signal .
