The present invention relates to a tax payment encouraging system to encourage a tax payment rate of a tax charged by a nation or a local government, and a method thereof. The tax payment encouraging system comprises: a taxpayer terminal for providing position information of a taxpayer; a database including tax information of the taxpayer; and a T-save server for obtaining the tax information of the taxpayer based on the position information to notify a tax bill matching the position information to the taxpayer terminal.
