The present invention relates to a refilling moisture remover containing a calcium chloride component and a supplementing container using the same which can reduce environmental pollution. The supplementing container comprises: a main body unit having a storage unit formed therein to accommodate liquid; an accommodation unit which is integrated into the main body unit, and has screw threads formed along the circumference of the upper portion thereof for detaching and coupling to a container cover, and a space unit formed therein to accommodate a moisture remover; the moisture remover formed by mixing 0.01-1 parts by weight of powder perfume, 4-6 parts by weight of a binder, and 1-5 parts by weight of a lubricant based on 100 parts by weight of calcium chloride, and compressed at a pressure of 3-10 ton/cm^2 and humidity of 20-30% to be fixed to remove water to be accommodated in the accommodation unit to remove moisture; a support unit which is formed between the main body unit and the accommodation unit to support the moisture remover, includes a plurality of outlets to drop liquid into the storage unit, and has a plate shape; and the container cover having screw threads formed on the inner side thereof to be coupled to the accommodation unit, and a plurality of moisture absorbing holes formed on the upper portion thereof.
