The present invention relates to a desulfurized wastewater processing method and a desulfurized wastewater processing system to recover magnesium. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a softening step of inserting sodium carbonate into desulfurized wastewater to react the sodium carbonate with calcium ion so as to reduce the calcium ion in the desulfurized wastewater; a primary evaporating concentration step of preliminarily evaporating and concentrating the desulfurized wastewater completing the softening step; an alkali insertion step of inserting alkali into the desulfurized wastewater completing the primary evaporating concentration step; and a secondary evaporating concentration step of secondarily evaporating and concentrating the desulfurized wastewater completing the alkali insertion step to perform crystallization. Moreover, the system comprises: a softening unit; a primary evaporating concentration unit; an alkali insertion unit; and a secondary evaporating concentration unit.
