The present invention relates to a PET-based resin composition with excellent antibacterial properties, a waterproof/root isolation sheet coated with the PET-based resin composition, a waterproof/root isolation construction method using the waterproof/root isolation sheet. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the PET-based resin composition with excellent antibacterial properties for preventing a waterproofing or root isolating PVC sheet constructed in a rooftop greening system from being rotted by bacterial components contained in soil; the waterproof/root isolation sheet at least one side of which is coated with the resin composition to prevent the waterproofing or root isolating PVC sheet from being rotted by the bacterial components contained in the soil; and the waterproof/root isolation construction method using the waterproof/root isolation sheet. The PET-based resin composition of the present invention comprises 70 to 90 parts by weight of 2, 2-dibromo-3-nitrilopropionamide, 50 to 70 parts by weight of 1,4-bis(bromoacetoxy)-2-butene, 30 to 50 parts by weight of 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 5 to 10 parts by weight of tetracycline, 3 to 5 parts by weight of chloramphenicol, and 3 to 5 parts by weight of polyethyleneoxy linoleate based on 100 parts by weight of a PET base resin solution. The waterproof/root isolation sheet is coated with the PET-based resin composition such that the waterproof/root isolation sheet is prevented from being rotted by the bacterial components contained in the soil. The waterproof/root isolation construction method uses the waterproof/root isolation sheet.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
