The present invention relates to a single-layer complex tablet comprising telmisartan and amlodipine as an active ingredient and to a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a tablet composition comprising 2 to 10 parts by weight of a silicate compound and 10 to 30 parts by weight of hydrogen peroxide 2 to 10 parts by weight of sodium, and 0.2 to 5 parts by weight of a basic agent, wherein the telmisartan is adsorbed on the silicate compound and mixed with the amlodipine, and a method for producing the same .
