Disclosed are an online management ethics education system and an education method for the same. According to the present invention, the online management ethics education system provides online management ethics education to an educatee in a predetermined group via online. The online management ethics education system includes: a database server forming database of online education content for the predetermined group and multiple online management ethics education questions including an objective question enabling the educatee to select at least an answer by corresponding to online education content and a subjective question enabling the educatee to input at least a keyword by corresponding to the online education content; an online education server selecting at least one among the multiple online management ethics education questions stored in the database server and providing the at least one to the educatee via online; an educatee evaluation server evaluating a level of the educatee about the online education content in accordance with the answer of the objective question selected by the educatee; a reliability evaluation server evaluating the reliability of the answer of the objective question which the educatee selects, in accordance with the answer of the subjective question input by the educatee; and an education score applying server applying an education score on online management ethics education questions to the educatee in accordance with the reliability of the answer of the objective question evaluated by the reliability evaluation server, by corresponding to the level evaluated by the educatee evaluation server.
