According to the present invention, an asynchronization preventing device includes: a setting part setting a detected value and an allowable range for the value; a voltage detecting part comprising first and second voltage detecting modules; a phasic synchronization detecting part detecting a synchronization state of a voltage by phase; a voltage state detecting part detecting a voltage state; a symmetrical component detecting part detecting a symmetrical component; a determining part whether to perform synchronization or not depending on detection results from the phasic synchronization detecting part, the voltage state detecting part, and the symmetrical component detecting part; and a signal output part outputting a circuit breaker insertion signal depending on a detection result from the determining part. As such, the present invention is capable of preventing financial damage by preventing the loss of an electric power system.
