The present invention relates to a method of preparing natural colored paint using waste seaweed chlorophyll green pigment. The method comprises: an organic pigment composition step (S10) of concentrating and drying chlorophyll extract obtained by solvent extraction of green algae of waste seaweed, and pulverizing the same to 3,000 mesh or less to obtain natural organic pigment powder; a waste shell raw material composition step (S20) of enzymatically treating a waste shell, decomposing the waste shell into protein and brown algae, and obtaining waste shell powder; a mineral pigment composition step (S30) of pulverizing a plurality of natural minerals having different colors to 3,000 mesh or less to obtain natural mineral pigment powder by color; an additive composition step (S40) of mixing adhesive resin which imparts tackiness and adhesion to pigment and preservative which imparts physical properties and storage stability to the adhesion resin to obtain an additive; and a paint composition step (S50) of mixing 7 to 25 parts by weight of the waste shell powder and 5 to 10 parts by weight of the organic pigment powder or the mineral pigment powder based on the total weight of paint with the additive to prepare aqueous natural colored paint. Therefore, the high quality natural colored paint using waste seaweed and waste shell as a main material is prepared in an environmentally friendly and economical way.
