The present invention relates to a joining structure between a beam and a column member having seismic resistance. The steel structure according to the present invention for connecting both ends of a steel beam (200) to a steel column member (100) includes a connecting member (300) for interconnecting both ends of the steel beam (200) and the steel column member (100); a side plate (400) inclined at both sides of the steel beam (200) to secure a space for pouring concrete; a finishing plate (410) finishing the front and rear ends of the side plate (400); and a beam bracket girder (500) penetrating the upper end of the side plate (400) and fixed in contact with both sides of the steel beam (200). According to the present invention, the cross-sectional shape of the concrete poured around the outer surface of the steel beam is in an inverted rhombus shape, and thus an excellent seismic resistance performance is obtained from an increase in ductility of the joint. Application of the SRC structure and the SC structure is possible in which the rigidity of the steel beam, the seismic resistance of the steel beam itself, and the ease of fabrication are improved. Further, in the connection between the steel beam and the steel column member, the bending stress, the allowable stress, and the sagging phenomenon that occur during building structure vibration due to an earthquake or the like can be buffered and alleviated. Accordingly, seismic resistance can be easily ensured.
