QT Method for prediction of QT prolongation syndrome by drug

The present invention relates to a new long QT interval prediction model capable of evaluating a long QT syndrome by a drug, and a method for predicting a long QT syndrome using the same. More specifically, a long QT interval prediction model utilizing an hERG IC50 value of a drug, the maximum blood concentration (Cmax) of the drug, and under-curve area (AUCinf) of the drug has been developed, and the accuracy in prediction according to a result of predicting a long QT syndrome by a drug using the long QT interval prediction model is high, thereby performing a new reliable long QT test in a new drug development process by using a method for predicting a long QT syndrome.
