The present invention relates to a service method for remotely diagnosing, preventing, and controlling a disease of an animal based on a wearable smart biosensor and an intelligent CCTV, and a system thereof. According to the present invention, the service method comprises: a step (a) of transmitting sensed information through a communication network; a step (b) of transmitting photographed information through the communication network; a step (c) of analyzing a physiological phenomenon, change, and infection information of a livestock in real time; a step (d) of transmitting, by an analysis server, the analyzed information to a service operator terminal, a service user terminal, and a manager terminal, separately; and a step (e) of performing, by the analysis server, an artificial intelligence deep learning algorithm.
