A successive approximation register (SAR) analog-digital converter (ADC) according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a digital-analog converter for outputting a first analog voltage through first and second sub digital-analog converters receiving N digital bits and including a plurality of resistors and capacitors, respectively, a comparator for providing a comparison result by comparing the first analog voltage with a second analog voltage, and an SAR unit for determining the N digital bits by receiving the comparison result. Accordingly, the present invention can improve area efficiency and easily perform high-speed conversion.
