The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for orange peel soy sauce and orange peel soy sauce manufactured by the same. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of orange peel soy sauce comprises: an orange peel preparing and washing step (S100) of preparing orange peel and then washing the orange peel; an orange peel drying step (S200) of drying the washed orange peel to remove water contained in the orange peel; an orange peel fermenting step (S300) of fermenting the dried orange peel; a mixing step (S400) of preparing ingredients including the fermented orange peel and then mixing the ingredients; a fermenting step (S500) of fermenting the mixed ingredients; and a filtering step (S600) of separating and filtering the fermented ingredients to manufacture orange peel soy sauce. The present invention uses orange peel to manufacture soy sauce to remove the unique odor of traditional soy sauce, thereby improving its flavor and marketability and easily consuming effective components of orange peel, and have a low salt content to satisfy preferences of modern, healing-oriented people.
