The present invention provides a firefighting earthquake-resistant shaking prevention strut concrete fixing device of an anchor bolt protrusion type. The firefighting earthquake-resistant shaking prevention strut concrete fixing device of an anchor bolt protrusion type comprises: a base anchor bolt (10) in which a part is embedded on concrete which is supported and placed by a cast (3), and the remaining part passes through a through hole (3H) formed on the cast (3) and protrudes from an outer surface of the cast (3); and a hanger part (14) provided on the base anchor bolt (10), and hooked to a rebar (2) reinforced for concrete construction. When removing the cast (3), the part of the base anchor bolt (10) is removed from the through hole (3H) of the cast (3) and protrudes from a surface of the concrete. Therefore, the present invention does not need to perforate a slab with a drill to install the anchor bolt on the slab, thereby preventing serious accidents of reducing stability of a building by cutting the rebar embedded in the slab in the process of perforating the slab or generating a short by cutting an electric wire by penetrating an electric wire pipe.
