The present invention is to provide a service which realizes actions of a big discount and a lagniappe, which are suggested by a seller to a purchaser to avoid loss of economic value which may be caused when selling products which are carried over to a next business date at a business closing time point in place such as a marketplace, a market, and a store where business transactions occur, with experiences such as bargaining and a credit transaction in a digital channel (Internet, mobile, and so on) and finally links the same to an offline business transaction. According to the present invention, a system for selling off shelf-life sensitive products comprises: a plurality of sellers which capture images of products by using a mobile application, set conditions for prices and bargaining, and input shelf-life sensitive product information; and a shelf-life sensitive product management server which transmits the shelf-life sensitive product information, input by the seller (100), through the mobile application installed in a smartphone of the purchaser (200) located in a purchase radius based on a location based service (LBS), provides a price of the shelf-life sensitive product with price bargaining by the purchaser based on the conditions set by the seller, and manages payment and a delivery service to the purchaser with the provided price of the shelf-life sensitive product.
