A water bottle holder for the elderly which can easily follow drinking water according to the present invention comprises: a support frame having a rectangular band shape and a pair of first and second standing frames extending upward from both ends of both sides of the support frame; and a moving body. The moving body is rotated between the standing frames via a hinge mounted on an upper end of the standing frame, and includes: a first holder which surrounds a lower part of the outer periphery of a water bottle in a ring shape; a second holder for covering an upper portion of the outer circumference of the water bottle with a height difference from the first holder; a support frame traversing the first holder to support the bottom of the water bottle in the first holder; and a connecting frame connecting the first and second holders in directions opposite to each other.
