An embodiment of the present invention relates to a system comprising: a fire detector for detecting fire and transmitting a fire occurrence message with an ID thereof wirelessly to a management center server when fire is detected; a fire extinguisher stand for displaying a fire evacuation path when the fire evacuation path is received from the management center server; a resident terminal as a terminal used by a resident in a building, for displaying the fire evacuation path when the fire evacuation path is received from the management center server; and the management center server for notifying a manager terminal of fire occurrence when the fire occurrence message is received from the fire detector through wireless communication and estimating each of fire evacuation paths leading to an emergency exit to transmit the fire evacuation path with a fire alarm to each fire extinguisher stand and the resident terminal. The present invention is able to detect whether fire occurs through wireless communication in real time, thereby informing residents of evacuation paths.
