The present invention relates to an earthquake-resistant and structural reinforcing method of a masonry structure capable of enhancing earthquake-resistant performance or promoting structural bearing strength by attaching or mounting a basalt fiber sheet and a metal reinforcement device to an existing structure. The earthquake-resistant and structural reinforcing method of a masonry structure comprises: a process of attaching a basalt fiber sheet on an internal plastering surface of a masonry wall body using epoxy resin; a non-shrinkage cantilever high strength mortar bracket mounting process of being supported to a bracket of a cantilever structure formed by removing an external red bricks at a position of a concrete member at predetermined intervals, anchoring reinforcing bars in concrete and charging non-shrinkage high strength mortar; a horizontal bracing reinforcement device installing process of inserting a horizontal bracing reinforcement device after taking out some bricks from a corner edge portion and filling with non-shrinkage high strength mortar to reinforce the corner portion; a spiral blade reinforcing pin installing process of boring from the external red brick wall to an internal cement brick wall and inserting a spiral blade reinforcing pin using an electric drill tool to integrate the external masonry wall body with an internal masonry wall body; and a spiral blade reinforcing line burying process of digging horizontal joints at regular intervals, first charging non-shrinkage high strength mortar, and second charging and finishing non-shrinkage high strength mortar after inserting a spiral blade reinforcing line.
