The present invention relates to a vertebra endoscope treating device for treating a vertebral disease with minimal invasion which can perform precise access to a surgical site and has a wide working radius. The vertebra endoscope treating device comprises: a guide wire inserted into a body of a patient, temporarily fixed to a fixing point of a vertebrae adjacent to the surgical site, and inducing so that a working cannula accesses the surgical site; and the working cannula induced to the surgical site by the guide wire, inserted into the body, and including a working pipe into which an endoscope surgical instrument is inserted and an anchor pipe into which the guide wire is inserted. The working cannula is inserted into the body along the guide wire and is fixed to the fixing point.
