The present invention relates to a composite having magnetic and conductive properties at the same time. The composite of the present invention exhibits position selectivity in response to an external magnetic field, and can precisely react with a pressure applied at the same time to detect a change in the amount of current. In addition, unlike conventional piezoelectric materials, the composite of the present invention maintains the same contact area at a given pressure and exerts a repulsive elastic recovery force, so that the resistance and conductivity of the particles do not change.
