The present invention relates to a method for measuring an ocular retinal area movement trajectory provided to easily and accurately measure a blood vessel displacement of the macular part in macular diseases. A method for measuring an ocular retinal area movement trajectory according to the present invention is a program for measuring a blood vessel displacement in a macular disease, wherein an optical coherence tomography (OCT) photographed with a fundus photograph is registered, A first step of generating a marking point; A second step of matching the registered OCT with the fundus photograph before the treatment of macular disease to generate a reference value for measurement of the moving distance in the fundus photograph; A third step of changing two fundus photographs photographed at different times before and after the treatment into an RGB green channel; A fourth step of removing information-free portions of blood vessels from two fundus photographs changed to the RGB green channel; A fifth step of automatically overlapping two photographs by setting and matching vascular feature points to a marking point in a fundus photograph in which a part without information of the blood vessel is removed; A sixth step of activating a coordinate system for measuring a blood vessel displacement vector in the overlapping fundus photograph; And a seventh step of comparing the two photographs in each sector using the activated coordinate system to measure a distance traveled by the blood vessel.
