The present invention relates to a psychology analysis apparatus using a coloring three-dimensional model for color therapy and a psychology analysis method thereof. According to embodiments of the present invention, the psychology analysis apparatus using a coloring three-dimensional model for color therapy comprises: a user information management unit to acquire user information including the sex and age of a user to manage the user information; a learning content management unit to acquire identification information for a coloring three-dimensional model to provide learning content for completing the three-dimensional model; a completion information management unit to acquire completion information including time, a method, and a degree of completion required to complete the three-dimensional model to manage the completion information; and a psychological state information management unit to compare the completion information for the three-dimensional model with preset reference information to manage psychological state information for the user. Accordingly, a coloring three-dimensional model can be completed and the psychological state of a user can be analyzed.
