MPTCP RTT Apparatus and Method of Changing RTT Measurement cycle for Communication Path Selection in MPTCP and Recording Medium Thereof

An apparatus and method of changing an RTT measurement cycle for communication path selection in an MPTCP, and a recording medium thereof are disclosed. The disclosed apparatus includes a probability calculation part for calculating a probability that SRTT values of a first path and a second path are reversed; and a measurement period determining part for determining an RTT measurement period of the second path using the calculated probability. The first path is a path used for current communication, and the second path is a path not used for the current communication. According to the disclosed apparatus, provided is an advantage that a path with a faster transmission speed can be selected in response to a change of an actual SRTT value and used for communication, thereby reducing the RTT of the overall communication.
