The useful model refers to medicine for the division of neurology and neuropsychology and can be used in neurorehabilitation departments of neurological and neurosurgical clinics in conducting studies on the development of impaired hand movements in patients with a neurological clinic with various organic lesions of the brain. The device comprises a sliding handle at the end of which a tubular holder with a rubber seal is rigidly attached and a transparent ring made of transparent plastic tubing with a diameter of 200-300 mm, which is secured by means of a screw clamp located on the tubular holder, is pivotally mounted This inside the transparent ring is placed with the ability to move the metal ball, and on the outer surface of the transparent ring with the same angular intervals marks are marked and two rubber rings are displaceable, the handle of the device being spreadable and consists of a hollow outer tube and 2-3 inner tubes of appropriate diameters connected telescopically to each other and fixed by means of clip-clamps, and 1-2 straps are attached to the outer tube. Thus, the proposed useful model allows to provide patients with various exercises of varying degrees of difficulty for the development of various parts of the hand with a feedback function on the movements performed, as well as the possibility of holding the device by patients with impaired finger movements. In addition, the proposed device allows you to diagnose violations of hand movements,
