Device for functional radiographic diagnostics of hidden lesions of distal intercellular syndesmosis in fractures of ankle joint area

摘要

The proposed device for functional radiographic diagnosis of hidden lesions of distal intercellular syndesmosis with fractures of the ankle joint area can be used in traumatology and orthopedics. The device consists of a shank support, a stop holder with Velcro fasteners, an arcuate frame with slots and a graduated scale, threaded rods fixing the stop holder in a horizontal plane, allows to reveal hidden damages of distal interbody syndesmosis in the absence of radial load on the surgeon.
