FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: immunological examination is performed. Prior to vaccination, for children with an unfavourable premorbid background, subpopulations of CD16⁺, CD25⁺ lymphocytes are determined. With relative values of the subpopulation of lymphocytes with CD16⁺ phenotype below 20% and CD25⁺ phenotype below 24% the prediction is favourable. With relative values of the subpopulation of lymphocytes with CD16⁺, CD25⁺ phenotypes above 20% and 24% the prediction is unfavourable.;EFFECT: invention allows to predict the complicated post-vaccination period during vaccination against measles, mumps, rubella, in children with an unfavourable premorbid background.;6 ex
