FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of roads and city streets, in particular to methods of planning the system of road-mat layers and improving of their exploitation characteristics. Technical result is achieved due to the fact that all free space in a road-mat layer formed from loose (granular) materials, after its compaction, for example, carried out by rollers, are filled with a sandy mass with a hydrophobic surface formed therein from precipitated sand particles when placed in the base of a hydrophobic sand suspension.;EFFECT: technical result of the invention is increased bearing capacity of the roadway by avoiding the fluidization of road-mat and its resistance to the effects of changes in positive and negative temperatures.;1 cl, 1 dwg
