FIELD: engines and pumps.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of turbo-charge control of an internal combustion engine. Essence of the invention consists in that it comprises turbocharger (1) comprising turbine (2) and compressor (3), charge air cooler (8), air filter (14), throttle valve (11), surge valve (12), bypass valve (16), adjustable cooler (17) of the inlet air, control unit (20) and intake air temperature controller (22) combined by common information bus (21). Temperature and pressure sensors (19) installed on internal combustion engine (4) and throttle valve (11) and accelerometer sensor (18) are connected to the information inputs of control unit (20). Control output of control unit (20) is connected to bypass valve (16), surge valve (12) and intake natural air temperature controller (22), to the information inputs of which are connected the temperature and pressure sensors (19) installed at the inlet and outlet of regulated cooler (17) of the inlet air, to the control input of which the output of inlet air temperature controller (22) is connected. Charge air cooler (8) has first inlet (9) connected to outlet of compressor (3), first output (10) connected to the inlet of throttle valve (11), second inlet (13) connected to air filter (14), and second outlet (15) connected to adjustable ambient air cooler (17) and to inlet of bypass valve (16), the output of which is connected to first outlet (10) of charge air cooler (8).;EFFECT: technical result is an improvement in the turbo-charge control dynamics.;1 cl, 2 dwg
