Multistory framework-monolithic building erecting method by raising floors involves the erection of a foundation slab, floor-by-floor columns and ceilings arrangement and concreting, and their floor-by-floor lifting into the design position. Columns and ceilings arrangement, as well as their floor-by-floor lifting, is carried out from the upper floors using the lifting equipment. Lifting equipment stem is installed in a well located under the column.
