FIELD: astronautics.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of aerospace equipment, namely to the space transportation system. In the space transportation system, for the different in weight cargo placement into the different by height and inclinations orbits space rockets (ILV) of light, medium and heavy classes on environmentally safe fuel components are used with the ILV aerial launch from the heavy surface-effect airborne ships boards. Carrier surface-effect airborne ship, moving near the surface-effect on the dynamic air cushion, delivers the loaded ILV to pre-selected areas over the World Ocean water area. Before the ILV airlift delivery, the carrier surface-effect airborne ship is taken away from the surface-effect, elevated to the required height, and performing the “zoom” maneuver. After the ILV airlift delivery and its removal to a safe distance from the carrier surface-effect airborne ship, performing the space rocket controlled turn into the optimal position, followed by the ILV first stage main engines staring-up.;EFFECT: improvement in the system energy and operational characteristics.;5 cl, 2 dwg
