FIELD: measurement.;SUBSTANCE: use: for the displacement optical measurement. Summary of the invention is that performing the data generation from optical measuring device relating to the investigated parameter relative displacement between two or more reflective surfaces of the optical measuring device; prevention of changes in data, as a result of changes in the optical measuring device due to: i) temperature or ii) pressure, by compensating for changes in the optical measuring device. Compensation includes correction of at least one of the electromagnetic beam generating light source at least in part received by the optical measuring device in response to correction data relating to the optical measuring device control device in the optical measuring device. Compensation involves the optical measuring device use and the optical measuring device adjustment so, that the difference between the first alternating gap and the second alternating gap was substantially zero with the device operating under nominal conditions.;EFFECT: technical result: providing the possibility of increase in the sensor sensitivity to displacement.;13 cl, 12 dwg
