It is proposed a round baler (10). The round baler comprises a variable baling chamber (26), the variable baling chamber (26) being bounded by side walls (57) arranged to the right and left in the forward direction (V) and at least one pressing belt (34) circulating between the side walls (57). Furthermore, at least one sensor (98, 132) which is directly or indirectly in operative connection with the pressing belt (34) is provided for detecting a change in position of the pressing belt (34) in the direction of one of the side walls (57). Furthermore, a combination of an agricultural vehicle (8) and a round baler (10) is proposed, as well as a method for pressing round bales.
