The present invention discloses a matrix-flexibility charging reactor and a dynamic distribution power charging method, the method comprising the steps of: S1: connecting the respective charging terminal to an associated electric vehicle; S2: the charging terminal receives the charging power requirement of the electric vehicle and allows the charging power requirement with the total module power of a fixed power zone associated with the charging terminal; S3: If the charging power requirement exceeds the total power of the fixed power zone module, in the calculation of the charging terminals, the number of charging modules of the DC buses of the current section should be added and sent to the matrix controller; S4: Based on the number of charging modules required, the matrix controller inserts the charging modules in a number required for the dynamic power zone on the associated DC bus and synchronously switches the module communication line to the associated communication bus. Using the charging method with dynamic distribution performance, charging needs of the electric vehicles having different storage capacities and charging rates can be satisfied, moreover, the conversion efficiency and the utilization rate of the chargers are improved.
